Multiple names for one concept; The face of the company. A rag tag group of scamps, geeks, nerds, rebels, militants and crazy-cakes that come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, genders and colours.

The people of the workforce are as different to each other as cheese is to… other types of cheese.

Some are hard, some are soft; Some mild, some are smoked; Some, will be slightly mouldy.

But, all of them have their own needs, fears and stresses that will affect them on a daily basis. Just average people, trying to get by and make enough income to provide for themselves and their families. With maybe a safe, secure retirement at the end of their career.

The “frontline” that the client or customer will either praise or castigate according to whim.

Just remember one important thing. You’re the normal one.
